Does this happen to everyone or just me?

happens to me every update i don’t even turn off the Xbox it just automatically happens.
Not every, but once is already too much.
It may appears to be downloading the whole game, but it’s actually just revalidating those files already on disk. If you’re on windows you can fireup resmon.exe and see that when it’s “redownloading the whole game” there’s acutally very little network traffic but tons of disk activity for the most part.
I started having this problem back in May and now it ALWAYS does this whenever there’s an update. Its so annoying but there doesnt seem like theres anything to do to prevent it.
