Every single time I complete an event challenge

All the levels in the event pass are greyed out and I can’t go to the customization area

And now it won’t progress any of my challenges

Get 20 assists in PvP
Get 5 AR kills
Get 1 Mangler kill

I have done ALL of those and nothing has progressed…
Man, I LOVE this game
