Every single complaint I have w/ Halo 5 BTB & WZFF

  • I’ve never seen anyone else mention this on the forums but I have definitely heard of it in my circle of friends. Sometimes I get some of the WORST spawns I have ever had in a Halo game. I’ll spawn in a group of enemy players, right into the line of sight of the enemy sniper, inside the enemy spawn and become instantly surrounded. I’ve even seen people spawning mere metres from me on the opposing team and even though I kill them and move on happier then before it’s still a damn problem. Fix your -Yoink!- btb spawns 343. - Joining in progress. It’s an interesting system but I don’t like when I join a game in progress. There’s always a reason someone leaves a match be it connection issues, rage quit or he’s had enough of the game. A lot of the time it’s because of stacked teams. We’ve at some point gone against the team that has both banshees or both wasps, total map control. Y’know, the kind that win a CTF game in 3 minutes. So when you join the game through that open spot that someone vacated you get to play against a team that has total control of the map with all vehicles and power weapon control. Then it’s just a cycle of dying again and again until it’s all over. Hopefully we get better team allocation in Halo 6 or whatever’s next. Oh and matching sweaty armpit fireteams of 6 with other big grps would help solo queue players such as myself a lot.2. Warzone Firefight

  • We shouldn’t have to play hide and seek with the enemy. I don’t know how many times I’ve run out of time in FF games because the stupid AI spawns halfway across the map. I know markers appear above their head when there’s a few left but we should always be able to tell exactly where they are. It’s firefight not effing hide and seek. - Enemies should change tactics as the rounds get harder and harder. Currently the only difference between rounds is the sheer no. bosses and their health pool. This means that as you get higher up the bosses get soooooooo damn boring I feel like quitting. Just sitting idle or maybe rocking back and forth in a wraith while peppering the -Yoinking!- warden for 5 minutes straight. Instead of just increasing the health of the boring -Yoink- bosses maybe make them switch up their tactics? Have them draw players into a tight area or making a pincer movement around the players. Would definitely be cooler than having 4 mythic knights spawn and have a circle jerk while we dump REQ after REQ into them. - The timer for a new round should only start once the bosses’ feet have touched the ground (in case of boss) or once 2 spartans minimum have reached the base (in case of defend point X). Not sure which ding -Yoink!- at 343 decided that the timer for a new round should start before the -Yoinking!- enemy even spawns, or before players have managed to get to the location. - Need more random mongeese (?) randomly scattered around REQ stations and bases. Warzone FF maps are huge and running around looking for enemies is boring and takes a lot of time. Just spawn some mongeese (?) in around the bases for players to easily roam around! I know they can do this for 1 REQ point only but I don’t want to run up to a station and spawn one in only to teleport halfway across the map to spawn. - Spawns are good but a little too far away imo. Especially at the start of a round when you get put back at the OG spawn when you die. It gets better as the match progresses but I’d still like if I spawned a little closer to the action.
