Every Req Pack Available, Then Not Available

When I logged into Halo 5 around 5pm PT on 2/20/19, I noticed that in the Req shop every single req pack made was available for me to buy, from Platinum to Promotional. I logged my wife in to cash in, since she has way more RP than I do, and none of the packs showed up for purchase. I restarted my Xbox and signed back in with my own account and all the packs disappeared. What gives?
