i can start mcc normal, but cant play it since the new weekly challenges
it says always that i didnt have the halo games installed, even if i have it …
i uninstalled the whole game and installed it new and still it dont works, i cant play multiplayer, campaign, custom (nothing except lurking in the menus) …
i have the microsoft store xbox pc version
maybe anyone has a solution for this or have the same problem?
A few people on this forum are having similar problems. When did the new weekly challenges start? I had this problem starting Wednesday morning I believe.
on Eu at 7 pm after that i couldnt play anymore 
also some solutions for few people from another topic about this, didnt helped me, still cant play because of this problem …

Seems to be an issue for a few people right now. - please submit a support ticket until 343 can confirm it’s a known issue
i really think that there is an error on the game pass side not 343. i also can’t acces to any ea play games even if i have gamepass ultimate.
This appears to be an issue at the moment. Until it’s raised as a known issue by 343 please makes sure and file a support ticket on the Halo Support site.
