EVERY GAMETYPE AT THE SAME TIME!!!

Why are gametypes still stuck in separate categories? Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could combine the scoring methods of all the gametypes? Control the ball in the hill to earn points! You’re the king…with a flagnum! Eliminate the enemy team and extract locations to build up your bases with walls an vehicles!

I’m sure everyone could come up with some sweet custom games if these walls were removed. A guy can dream…

Then at the same time everything is combined, we also play as grunts for epic laughter.Though i agree a combination of playlists would be pretty neat.Hopefully in Halo 5 this can happen.Currently the game is barely able to run with a 20+ frame rate with what goes on now.Halo 5 on the 720 will allow developers to create game with virtually no limit except their own imagination.

“At the same time” would not work. Having one gametype capable of spawning any objective, on the other hand would. In fact it has already been done by Section 8 and that was a damn fine game. 343 might be able to do something similar but surely not as well (since they surely wouldn’t be as motivated.)

Considering how many gametypes they removed, I mostly agree. But like I said, a guy can dream.

Team griffball regicide! (More commonly known as griff is king) Where scoring a point with your bomb kills the entire enemy team at once. IMAGINE IT!

I’m all for fewer walls. Even just as gametype options, multiple possible objectives would be a great asset for the community. It’s just that given the fact that it’s been done, this would be best applied as a step towards something else, maybe a new multiplayer format (dream big.)

How about mixing objectives with objective items, like Capture the VIP.

VIP Taken!
VIP Beat Down!
VIP Carrier Killed!
VIP Dropped!

“Die-hard” Halo fans would get mad because it wasn’t Halo. :stuck_out_tongue:

Halo has been about custom varients since the beginning. There is a whole community based around just that.
