Every day disconnected from game server & banned

Hello

Every single day I am being disconnected from game server mid game. 4 out of 5 games. I can then instantly restart another match as I don’t actually disconnect.

Every single day I am getting banned because of this problem.

People are even reporting me! Not that I blame them

Gamer tag - former sniper
Video - check my saved content
Nat type - open
Allports are forwarded for Xbox live
Xbox one S has an assigned static IP address
ISP - -Yoink!- media UK
Download 86 Mbps
Upload 42 Mbps

I have no connection issues with any other games ( I even bought destiny so I could play online and no problems there)

Ethernet cable or wifi?

WiFi

I’m having the same issue. I have to hard start everything to get back in. But nothing else looses connection, and other games don’t do it. Very frustrating.
Using ethernet cable.

If your modem/router/gateway has UPnP, Port Forwarding, and/or DMZ don’t use a combination of any of them. This is most likely a client issue though.

I have upnp and DMZ disabled. If it is a client end problem I can’t imagine what else I can do as every other game works fine. The NAT type is open and coned. Everything is set as per Xbox live recommendations.

The only recommendation I can give you is to switch over to Ethernet as opposed to WiFi. I honestly have no idea tbh. Some things are just broken in the servers. I haven’t had these problems so I’m mostly just applying basic knowledge. It’s definitely not your connection if that info has come from your Xbox rather than PC (I run 56 down 12 up on my PC but my Xbox only receives half of that). So the server might be having an issue with the amount of packets your connection sends, that’s the only thing that comes to mind that could be server side.

Go wired. This game is very unstable on wifi, as you have seen.
