Have you ever had a great streak ruined by a teammate?
Yes, all the time. One time, I got a killtacular on Grifball, and my teammate had to come and slam me with his hammer. But, I can’t blame him. It’s hard to avoid getting betrayals.
The worst was when I had my first perfection going with 18 kills and 6 assists, and we only needed 4 more kills, and a teammate purposely came up and killed me right before the last kill

This was so bad back in halo reach… i remember me and my friend would grab the banshee, get the kills and play it safe.
There would always be the one teammate teammate who would chase us down in a ghost or even on foot, just to betray us. Y tho.
I’ve had plenty of Perfections ruined by snickerdoodle on purpose.

Some people here & there can’t get over the fact it’s just a video game and they can try again and get it next time. I just don’t understand some of those people.
It was on the MCC but it has happened to me in Halo 5 too. I had a match not to long ago and I was on fire. I was 22-0 (I usually am pretty even with K/D, just Halo 2 sword OP) and with 30 or so seconds left in the game my teammate sticks me with a grenade so he can get the sword.

I solo que grifball a lot, so literally all the time.
In fact, one of the times I was cheated out of an unfrig was because a team mate scored the last goal.
Seriously, the one and only time I get team mates that can score.
I only needed like two more kills. (and no, I wasn’t spawn killing either)
39 kills. Got purposely splattered by a friendly gauss hog while trying to get in the turret.
My would-have-been first unfrig was striped from me…
My teammates on BTB were too good. I was this close to my first Unfrig in a Banshee. 36-0, the least I can say is two of them camped the weapons that could’ve knocked me out of the air.
This was on Altar BTW.

That almost happened to me too, a team mate attempted to spartan charge me into a splinter grenade but luckily the game ended as he sprinted towards me.
I’ve had “teammates” chase me around maps and try to nade or shoot me to ruin a few Perfections
There have been a couple times where I’ve been run over by a teammate in a ghost/warthog while posting up huge numbers. One time I remember was an accident and the guy apologized in the lobby for that . (Apology accepted) The other was on purpose and I suspect he was wanting the rockets I had just picked up.
Karma bit him in the rear since he just got sniped not two seconds after grabbing them. Thinking back to it; I probably would’ve been the victim instead had he not intervened.
I had one time where I used it to my advantage on Viking. This other guy was pestering me for the sniper that I had, so I ran out in the middle. He came after me and lured two guys out of hiding on the main hill. As soon as they began to attack him; I went the other way and sniped them both.

Had it happen once in warzone after I finished tracking down the guy with nornfang. Took me awhile to figure out how to climb up to them and a teammate flicks me off a perch with a banshee. Granted I was only on maybe a running riot it still hurt pretty bad because of the time I spent getting to that point
I think it’s the most annoying when people try to troll (or they’re just an idiot) or whatever in griball and they try to kill you for the ball, I’ve had multiple instances where I was doing amazing in grifball pretty much never dying getting really high kill streaks until some idiot kills you for the ball or just kills you randomly.
I was guilty of this a while back on Reach. We dominated the enemy team on Slayer on Haemorrhage (BECAUSE NOBODY PICKS ANYTHING ELSE EVEN AFTER SIX YEARS) and a few of us were in our base messing around. Literally on 0:00 seconds left I shotgun someone in the face and betray him. Game over, we win. I didn’t think anything of it. Then I get a very angry message from his friend, asking “Why the -Yoink- did you do that” and blah blah blah. I defended myself saying that everyone else was doing it (they were) and he tells me that his friend was about to get a Perfection and that in response to me ruining it he had thrown his controller through his window in anger… Well, I did feel a little bad, put my hands up and accepted my fault. But… If you’re throwing pads through windows because you didn’t get a Perfection in Reach, then my already limited sympathy only goes so far…
I once got robbed of a Perfection by accidental betrayal…twice.

it was BTB and the enemy had both of our banshees so i went for rockets, i got the rocket and took out a banshee and a wraith and the my teamate came up to me w/ a sniper and killed my for the RL. he was spattered by a ghost a few seconds after
