I have played like everyday this month and have yet to receive black history month emblem, even though I’ve already seen people with it. I have also done 15 games of winter contingency and have only received the focus rifle emblem.
Event rewards are manually granted on a weekly basis. As soon as the next wave gets handled, you should get it as long as you have met the criteria for it
