Too many times I have played where I am the 1 good player, or Me and a friend are good and the 2 other players get around 4 kills.
Stop this! We want even teams, not a joke of a team where you put good players with bad so that the other team has a chance. How about a ranking system which works instead of Reach’s joke of a system where pro’s and a person who bought an xbox yesterday can be put in the same game, and not like 3’s where people de-ranked and bought their 50’s or generally had a high rank but terrible score?
This game is meant to be fun and competitive - this should mean that mics are frequent and games are close. A good team should always win. They shouldn’t have to carry/be dragged down by teammates.
A proper skill-based ranking system could help fix this, but the problem is that players will always figure out a way to trick it. No system is 100% accurate, and it is pretty much impossible to perfectly even out the teams. Some games, you’ll just have to live with it.

By having the game make sure that people of all skill levels are on each team, based on K/D preferably, or Objective points in those kinds of playlists.
