the Red Team originates from our adolescence playing Halo LAN tourneys after school. We started as the Red Team in Halo CE (notably 4v4 CTF Blood Gulch) and kept it that way throughout every Halo sequel. For us, the Red team represents loyalty, teamwork, and good spirited fun since we were not only friends, but all shared the same passion for Halo.
The Blue team represents disorganization, barbaric, and unintelligent scum because, even though these guys were also our friends, they were the tryhards, trash talkers, and friends of friends. Since then, it’s been engraved in my mind that the Blue team simply sucks. What makes matters worse is that most maps give a very slight advantage to the Blue team since they are less easier to see than the bright Red armor against the map’s color scheme. Even though we may be on the Blue Team in Arena multiplayer, we still hold onto the values we grew up with as the Red Team.

Blue team advantage? HA!
H5 maps only seem symmetrical, until you look at the rocks and structures. They ALWAYS give red an advantage.
First one that comes to mind is Raid On Apex 7. The rocks in the middle area make it possible for red team to jump straight into blue nest, even when the base defenses are up. Blue cannot do such a thing, all rocks point at them.
I feel like the darker maps give an advantage to blue team more often than any other map type.

That might be true, but I feel that’s balanced by all the maps putting the sun behind the red base. That way they aren’t staring into the sun when trying to see at a distance, and blue team is blinded.
