I’m slowing down on how much I play Halo 4 because I don’t really want to waste a load of XP on nothing. I’m at SR 57 and will probably rank up to SR70 within 10 days at current play time.
I’m not that annoyed about America getting access to all the Specialisations first (well, ok just a bit), but a definitive word from 343i on when the rank-cap will be raised for us Europeans who forked out £40 for the game and £20 for the war games map pass would be helpful.
343i must have a plan, and it would be nice to share it with us. For all the -Yoinking!- and whining about Halo 4 the main gripe for me is lack of communication; which Bungie could NEVER be faulted for.
To be honest, I know I COULD buy one from Ebay, but that kind of defeats the point really. Why should some jumped up Blockbuster/Game worker who stole a box of codes make a fortune from 343i/Microsoft’s mistake (I know they are one essentially).
Like I say, I’m trying not to come across as a whining 14 year old kid here (no offence kids), far from it, I’m 30 and would just like to know when I’ll get access to the game I’ve paid for!
Another major gripe is that the specialisations are not just cosmetic, they are 100% game changing! For example, I’m shooting against an American / Australian player who has Rouge enabled, they have a distinct advantage over me who can only silently tip-toe to my Wetwork wearing death as they have more stability!
I would do but living in Leeds all the stores around here have shut down. My local one that shut a few month back says the nearest store is Sheffield. No way am I going to that dive for a code haha
