The EU have a problem to find a match on halo MCC there is a mode in the future to resolve it?
Where do you actually live ? In Italy there is no problem at all, the same I know for sure in France, Spain, Germany and Denmark.
lonely, look at that there are big problems related to matchmaking in Italy so much that the support of Xbox Italy knows it

Additionally, there is an Xbox Live outage right now that is affecting services. This should be resolved soon
