I hardly notice Armor Effects anymore. But I do notice blue flames a lot more than anything else nowadays.
At the time it was very overused. Now I rarely see anyone with an armor effect, if not never.
I hardly ever see someone using it.
Anyways, I have both flames, but atm I’m using the ethernal one.
My Eternal Flames stay on. And I don’t really care if anyone thinks they are overused. So is hating on people who do use them cause they are jelly.
I hardly see anyone using any of the armor effects anymore. I think people finally caught on that all they do is draw attention to yourself.

I’ll tell you what’s overused; freaking rain teams in pokemon! Can’t go a day without someone using 100 accurate STAB Thunders from Choice Spec’d/Scarf’d Thundurus T (Base 145 special attack=dead everything) or how every Water attack (even the weakest) hit’s like a truck.
Not really no. Honestly if you have them great not everybody does. And if you got them AND played in the All Stars play list you deserve to wear it all the time. plus i have both and since i got inclement and 100% i dont wear any of them usually.

Yes I have Inclement Weather.
Yes I saved the credits specifically to get Inclement Weather.
No Inclement Weather does not make my cloak ineffective.
