Three of my last four gold packs have resulted in an error message being displayed. I know the deal. The pack was open, and I was given the items from the pack. But I have a crap load of items, and I’d…oh, I dunno…like to SEE what was included in my pack. There’s no way for me to go through hundreds of items and GUESS what I might have unlocked in my packs. I understand glitches happen once in a while. But for three of my last four packs to give me an error message is unacceptable. By the way, it just happens that the one I PAID for came out nice and smooth.
I paid for a $30 pack of goodies and 1 of them didn’t give me any permanents and when I brought it up to 343 they ignored me. They don’t listen to the fans. Don’t even try.
Sorry to hear. If you have been charged for the packs, but the packs are no longer available in the req open screen, the pack contents were added to your req inventory. You can verify your reqs here on WP or in game. The glitch you mentioned has happened to all of us. All too often unfortunately.
