Hey I have been a Halo Waypoint user for a long time now and there have been some problems that I have had ever since the beginning.
- I can’t unblock other users. If I try to unblock someone and I hit the conformation button to do it, it just sits there with a spinning circle. Even if I wait (for two hours) it will finally come to an error message. - Deleting or Discharging members from a spartan company (same thing as the other.)There are probably more I can think of but those are the main ones I ran into.
Just gave this a try myself OP, but was able to block / unblock users and discharge from SC without any issues. Have you tried using another device or another browser?

Yes I believe I have tried it on other devices, but It still has the same effect.
After testing every issue on other devices.
I can confirm these problems do not occur, but they still are a issue on my main device.
