Okay so apparently my little brother signed in on Xbox to this computer and I signed in my self so I can access the flight yet it still says I am under 18 even though I am not and I am using a 18 account. How do I fix this?

Double check all user account settings and make sure you are the primary account holder on that PC. Log all other users out Make sure only you are logged on, on that PC and no other accounts are logged on.
