Hi guys,
Been having a lot of trouble in opening a message containing a REQ pack from joining a spartan company.
So far I have tried leaving my spartan company and rejoining various other spartan companies, contacting a myriad of Microsoft support representatives, and as helpful as they are the issue is far from resolved.
So as I log into halowaypoint.com, everything works just fine within the website even some of my messages I can successfully open.
But when attempting to open the message containing my precious REQ pack with Achilles armour in, it redirects me to a page saying “this is embarrassing looks like we are having problems on our end”
Unfortunately it has said this every time I have logged in,
I beg of you to help me,
I have been trying to open this message for months now, and have put a great deal of time and money into Halo 5 guardians
I even brought the limited edition console when it came out.
Please please please help me out guys,
