Error when trying to install MCC (Game Pass)

I get this error for Reach in the Microsoft Store:
Code: 0x80073D12

And this for the collection in the Xbox Beta app:
0x803fb107

It gets stuck at 50% and says Error. This happens 2 seconds after trying to install. I’ve talked to Microsoft support and sent a ticket here but there’s no help.
Been like this for 24 hours. I’m close to reinstalling my whole Windows.

And no, the Known Issues page here doesn’t help.
