Ok so I’m trying to play Halo 5 again and do the campaign with my friends but I keep getting the “Error unauthorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes” I can’t get passed this screen and I’ve hard resetting the Xbox that didn’t work and its annoying honestly. To be fair I haven’t in a few months. Someone help me figure this out please. Thank you so much.
Have you tried restarting your internet router? Is your Gold subscription still active?
Is it just Halo 5 that you can’t access any online modes?
