No matter what I try, I cannot play Halo 5 campaign co-op with my friend via Xbox live (in the same city). I have an Open NAT type, I am wired, tried wireless, but still cannot connect and keep getting the error message:
“Error retrieving data center connection quality information. Please try again later.”
It has been three days. Xbox chat support tried factory resetting to no avail. I have tried port forwarding. I am out of options on my end and am extremely frustrated that I cannot play a game I had paid for.
