ERROR: REQ SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

This has been going on for 3 weeks now and still has not been resolved! I did post on the forum before but had no response!

  • Platform: In game issue, on xbox one. - Description: Whenever I try to access the Req System from the main menu in any way, for example by pressing ‘y’ to go straight to the req system I get the error ‘‘REQ SERVICE UNAVAILABLE, An eroor occurred when contacting the requisition service, Please try again later’’ I can still play games but with ahuge disadvantage as it will not let me access the req system in game so pointless playing which means I spent money on a useless game and I have been playing halo since the very beginning and am hugely disappointed by this. - Expected Result: I should be going straight to see any req packs I have unlocked or can purchase etc - Actual Result: Just constantly getting the above error message no matter how I access the req system - Relevant Hardware/Software: It is definitely an in game issue as I have contacted Microsoft multiple times and have tried anything and everything to get this resolved but they have now told me to contact the developer directly which is not easy to do at all.If there is a better way to get this resolved please let me know.

This has plagued many of us for quite some time. We have been sold a product that does not do what it is ADVERTISED to do. We purchase or earn req packs, which we DO NOT receive. NOTHING!!! From 343 except ‘we are aware and are working on it’ NO status NO updates just STEAL our $$ AND our time. Fix it and fix it NOW or we will bring your product reputation to it’s knees!!! Should we reinstall the game, will you have an update soon,

I’ve been having the same issue now for weeks also. 343 don’t even seem remotely bothered about it either.

Still no response at all from 343!! This is just getting ridiculous!

Agreed. They should make a statement at least acknowledging that it’s happening and what they’re doing about it, if anything.

Is 343 outsourcing their PR department to Bungie? This is worse communication than the first few months with Destiny, and people were pissed enough about that.
