So, today, I bought a gold req pack with 10k credits. It told me the purchase failed and charged me for the 10k anyway. Is there any way I could be reimbursed or have the req added to my account?
Hey OP, this happens sometimes but don’t worry as you won’t have lost anything. What happens is that the pack simply skips the opening animation, but the items are still added to your REQ inventory. Resetting your console will make them appear in your inventory, or your can check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint
