Hey guys, every time I load my game up as soon as I press start I get this message “Error authorising user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes”. Anyone got any solutions or reasons for this?

Try doing a hard reset of your console, that usually clears up erros like this

Already tried that multiple times, still no joy. Also get a message saying “profile sync error” from time to time too.

Try resetting Alternate MAC Address in system network settings on your Xbox One.
