The error is that I get when trying to log in is:
" Sorry, we can’t sign you in. Please sign in at Xbox.com, then start this app again."
I believe I have done all possible ways just to sort this out from; deleting the game, reinstalling it, signing in to another account, rebooting PC, launch as administrator, from XBOX app, and still not working. I have contact Microsoft Store associates who verified all of the information in my account and assisted in troubleshooting and the Xbox Gaming experts who also tried in troubleshooting who advise me in contacting halowaypoint.
Additional information, I’m trying on Win 10 and other Xbox App games work with out any issues.

I personally have not had this issue but these games (Spartan Assault and Spartan Strike) can be very buggy. My best advice is to ensure that the account you log into your Xbox with is the same account that you log into Microsoft.com with.
Do you have an Xbox? Have you tried logging into Xbox live and then logging into Spartan Assault?
