Important for 343i to know, since matchmaking isn’t the only issue here.
I decided to use the ‘record feature’ on xbox to make it a bit easier to understand. I went back to my game, no matter what I do I get this error when I try to go into game mode: (Something to do with server issue)

I seriously hope 343i forget the matchmaking servers stuff for a bit and actually fix the dam game because this is ridiculous. It’s getting ridiculous that half my achievements aren’t working correctly but I thought it be nice to have ‘fun’ which at the moment seems impossible.
Seriously look I have all the legend skulls, not even doing a simple basic normal run with no skulls is unlocking most missions:
