Oh here is something you may need to look up.

In Laskys profile for the Show Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn. It says this

“4: Forward Unto Dawn”
Missing out the Halo Part

It would be wise to check all the profiles of characters in that so they all say

“Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn”
