Error "Contacting server"

"Contacting server to get the latest matchmaking data. Please wait."

Anyone else receiving this error as of late? Have been getting this the last two days. Have tried hard reset on the Xbox and gone as far as changing DNS on the Xbox and disabling IPV6 on the router to get some different results.

NAT type is Open. Issue does not replicate on PC when playing Halo Reach either.

Try launching a campaign mission or a custom match(solo is fine), and then quit back out to the main menu and try matchmaking again.

I’ve never had this issue myself. But, I think I remember from old forum posts that this is how to fix it.
