I had just finished a Warzone match earning enough points to buy a Gold REQ Pack. Then I got an error saying, Cannot complete your purchase. The error took my 10K points and gave me nothing. I managed to capture it on a clip for prof. This is the third time I’ve been ripped off from my hard earned rewards and it’s really getting to be frustrating. I want to know how I’m going to be compensated for these errors?
This usually happens when the REQ servers have a hiccup.
After a few hours, you should either be refunded your REQ points, or the REQ cards will be added to your collection without notice.

Happened to me too. I have encountered numerous errors and bugs and I am getting really annoyed. I hope to god that this will not be a repeat of mcc.

Same bro. I messaged to halo about similar problem and not got an answer. Think 343 wont solve the problem. They are quick to take money for the game but noone cares if we loos out onthe game we love .
343 industries made game you’d think they got best support but not a chance. EA support is way better .

if your points disappear when buying a req pack and they don’t come back, The items in the req pack are added to your req inventory. You were robbed of the joy of seeing the animation with your req’s, but the items are in your inventory. You can check in-game or here on WP.
