I keep getting the error message: ATTENTION Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.

I’ve tried everything I could possibly think of to fix this error and still nothing. Someone for the love of god have a solution.

Have you considered restarting your internet router? There are two methods you can use:

  • Unplugging the unit for 10-30 seconds before plugging it back in - Holding down the reset button until the router restarts itselfThis generally takes about 5 minutes to complete with either method.
