Every time I sign into and load Halo 5 I keep getting an error screen saying “Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.” Then an Xbox One error pops up saying “we were unable to get you latest saved data”. It won’t load my Spartan, won’t show any of my service history, or anything…I have the latest update for Xbox One installed and my game is fully up to date.
Can anyone help me on this?

The same exact crap is happening to me! I tried signing out of all my accounts, restarting my router, jumping in and out of the Halo 5 app and even jumping from YouTube and back to it. My account tells me I’m level 1, when I’m 22, but my friends see my level properly. This is a load of -Yoink-. I’ve never had issues with any 343 game, but I’m seriously starting to lose my gosh darned patience. >.>
