No how many times I try, I cant get online with halo 5 guardians…
I’ve had this problem once before, during the halo world championships. I couldn’t access halo 5 guardians online modes no matter what I tried, soft-resetting, changing my WiFi, deleting the software then re-installing it, contacting Microsoft. Nothing had worked till Microsoft told me enter a forums post, the next day my halo started working again. Finally after the course of five days I could get online again…
That is until now… I wasn’t expecting to encounter this problem again after talking to Microsoft and entering a forums post things looked fine, that is until a couple days ago, I put my halo 5 guardians disc inside my Xbox One, the Microsoft studios intro started, following the 343 Industries intro, then finally the halo 5 title screen and “start” selection came up, I clicked start and then… “Error authorizing user for halo 5 guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes” followed by the same “Profile sync error…”
Its been about three days now with no luck of getting online, no matter what I try nothing will work.
I really need this problem resolved.
I am also having this problem… any word on a possible fix?
EDIT* after a while my profile came back hopefully they find a fix for this so it does not happen again
