So I have an issue and I’ve searched the forums and Google and redit and I cannot find a solution that works. I own halo5. I can log in and play on my Xbone. However, when I try to sign in my wife’s profile it says “error authorizing user with halo5. You will be unable to access online modes.” She too owns her own copy of halo5 under her account. She is able to log in and play one HER Xbone. What the hell is the issue?
I’ve tried: hard reset consoles, reset internet and routers, just closing and trying to reload h5, deleted and reinstalled her profile on my Xbone… I even tried to log in on her Xbone and play my profile with the same error.
Someone please help. This is becoming a pain.

Have you tried setting up your consoles as two Xbox home? You tie it to your profile and its link it to its profile.
We have set each others home to the others console. And no change. That’s how we were set prior to me buying a second copy of halo5 for her account. It just won’t let us sign in on the others console and play h5. But we can other games
