I tried to get on Halo 5 today, first time I’ve done that this month, and it will not allow me to get into the game, not past the press start menu. Could someone help me out with this? I don’t know if I was banned or not, and if I was banned, I’d have no clue as to why. Thank you in advance.
Try closing the game, clearing your cache (you can do this by power cycling the console), and then reopen the game.
Hey uh, I could only do it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Trust me, I tried power cycling the console, and man, that really annoyed me of on how it didn’t work. Thanks for trying to help though!
