I’ve been getting the error message whenever I load the game… I’ve tried hard resting and even tried to re download but it’s still the same result? I’ve tried to look through the forums but their was no clear answer?
Do you have Xbox Live Gold?
My bad logged into wrong account but I do have Xbox live?

The same error message is coming up and I’ve tried deleting the save data but it’s still not working
Try logging into your XBL profile on a computer, there may be an issue with terms you need to accept.
I am getting this same issue at the moment. I can log into my profile on here fine, but when I boot up my Xbox it won’t authorise my profile in Halo 5.
It’s very frustrating, as I used to play Halo all the time, and have done since Halo 1… I’m missing out on key SWAT time!

I’ve updated it a couple of times since, and there has been no change. Might just give up and stick to Destiny and Mass Effect until Halo 6 / Destiny 2 comes out!

I had this problem. I re-downloaded the game, didn’t work. Signed out my profile and then signed back in, didn’t work, then I did a manual restart to my Xbox, the error was gone. I don’t know if the last step I did fixed it or if it requires all of them, but here is a solution!
