Hey everyone I’m having an issue when I log up Halo 5 where it says Error Authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardins services. You will be unable to access online modes. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it at all?

Yeah I having the Same problem. I can Play campaign but an error message will come up very once and i can play any MP at all…

Now I’m getting a profile sync error as well. Is there anyone who is getting these as well that has a fix?

was in a co-op game with a friend, got kicked out and now am getting this error too. Strange because its been working all day so far.

I have once again been duped by these 343 clowns! I am having the same problem! Do these people know how to launch a game?! Do they actually know what they are doing?! Get it together 343!!!

getting same thing myself now last night I could connect just keep lagging out of games now cant even connect to lobby… open nat reset everything and still same problem

I’m having the exact same issue too, the literal second the game finishes installing this happens. It took 18 hours to install the last 15%.

I am getting both messages as well. Wish 343 would get on it or at least communicate with us… they should have people watching this forum every minute of the day

The same way they manage to muck up every time they launch something… I’m convinced they are amateurs

I am currently having the same issue. I am in NY, USA. Been playing since midnight. This problem just started.
