To Whom It May Concern;
I have been unable to access any online modes on Halo 5 since the last update was applied (1 week ago). It just comes up with this error every time I load the game. I had this exact same issue when I got the game (Christmas), but it just seemed to fix itself after a couple of days. Everything had been working fine up until the aforementioned last download was applied, but after it completed I have not been able to play. I have also looked all over the place for possible answers for this issue, but there doesn’t seem to be any concrete solutions.
If someone from the 343 team could please help me out with this that would be greatly appreciated, as this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
