Error Authorizing user and missing warzne req bndl

When i go to start up my Halo 5 i get a code that says

Attention: Error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians services, You will be unable to access online modes.

I contacted Xbox and they told me to contact you guys through here.

I also purchased the Halo 5 Legendary edition and i used the code for the Warzone Req Bundle and i only received about 3 weeks of packs, now i am finding out that i got jipped. it was suppossed to be 14 packs 2 a week for 7 weeks, and i did not get that. What do i do?

I have been a loyal Halo fan since the beginning and have never had such problems with a Halo game before this one.

Please get back to me asap so i can get back to playing.

Having the same problem here … Any fix available? Tried hard resetting, soft, router resets …

This seemed to work, i haven’t had any problems since, although i still do not have my missing Warzone Reqs. Sorry i didn’t respond earlier.
