Error authorising user

Any help guys? Not played Halo 5 in a while, just started reading the “Bad Blood” novel and got my Halo appetite back- problem is halo 5 won’t load my profile!

I get an Error authorising user message, which stops me from going online and gives me a reset default profile.
Halo wars 2 doesn’t seem to be working either, error message telling me I’m disconnected from online services.

Other games work as normal.
(I’ve tried the usual turn everything off and on again)

Yup, hasn’t made a difference I’m afraid. Just starting to re-install the game (was leaving as a last resort as 97GB takes time).

Try power-cycling / resetting your internet router.
