It wont connect my account to the services
Is your Xbox Live subscription still active? If so, try restarting your internet router as it will flush out any issues in the process.
Probably don’t need to say this, but make sure that your XBOX’s NAT is set to open, you have to mess around with your router setting to make this happen. Use a hard wire instead of wifi. Hard boot the XBOX, this will reduce the problems on your side.
