I can’t play Halo 5 as I keep getting the aforementioned error. I have asked Xbox support about this and they said that the servers were most likely busy. However I have waited a week and I still cannot play, even when my friend can. Does anyone know the issue and/or a fix?
Try a hard reset on your xbox. Are you getting into XBL ok?
Yeah, every other game is fine, along with Xbox Live. I’ve tried a hard reset and it hasn’t worked.
If you cant play Halo at all and keep getting that error message I would try setting your search preference to balanced or expanded. If it truly is because of the busy servers then this should fix it for you. But to be honest this is a strange issue… Hope this works! Good luck!
