As the title says, I have the xbox game pass for the pc, which states on the page for it “Included with XGP” yet when I click install it just says error and when you click on details it just “Something unexpected happened, Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help. Error code: 0x803f800e” Which I’ve restarted my PC, restarted the xbox app, tried contacting xbox support which wasn’t helpful because he said just to “search on bing for devoloper halo wars” and the misspelling was on purpose. So now I have no idea what to do next and decided to post this because searching for that error comes to nothing online.
I literally have the same problem 
I am having the exact same problem, I have already tried all the regular troubleshooting. At this point i’m thinking about going and just asking for a refund. Literally got the game pass to the play the halo games/ MCC but if it dosen’t even let me install the game then why should i pay, I hope Microsoft addresses this.
i have already been through microsoft support for this, and they claim its not their fault and it’s something going on with the devs of halo wars. It doesn’t seem so since its the xbox pc app that is having issues on both the app and the microsoft store. but yeah it would be nice if someone from the dev team could see this and give us some feedback on what is going on with this.
Update: Fixed (July 1st),… started downloading today after trying since the beta started.
