I don’t think that, in the PC version, you are able to use use customization.
You could try equipping the emblem using this site and see if that carries over to the PC.

I have seen people on PC using emblems, so i know that it is possible
As for equipping them on this site, I don’t know how to do that, that is what I am asking how to do.

Go to your profile and scroll down till you see “Customize Spartan”.

Not wasteful… necessary . couldnt let anyone experience the horror that is 720p 30fps (sometimes hits 60fps but nearly never) xbox one gaming.
loved the 360 but xcock one just does not deliver (nor does ps4/pro/xcock one S, Dont get me started on Scorpio…lol…time to upgrade again console owners. RANT RANt RANT RANT RANT etc etc etc cant be -Yoinked!- to finish tbh
