Okay, so ever since I bought the Champions Bundle, I have to re-buy all the equipment that requires Spartan Points to buy sometimes. It’s not huge issue, but it’s kind of annoying to need to remake my loadouts every so often. This has happened three times so far. 343i, I know you’re VERY busy, but please try to fix this whenever you have time, thank you.
All 343 needs to do is hire Vince Zampella. All problems of this game will be SOLVED!!!
Everything that requires Spartan Points to unlock should be freely available to begin with, if you ask me. I don’t see the point when you have everything you really want unlocked well before the Specializations come in to play.

This happened to me too, but only once so far…
I was SR130
My Spartan Points were refunded so I was able to purchase everything again
It happened on 22nd Aug

My loadouts still had their custom names and any slots with weapons or Tac packages that weren’t purchased with spartan points still had them selected but any slots containing things purchased with Spartan Points were empty and had to be set up again because I needed to buy them with the refunded Spartan Points again.
Edit:
It didn’t happen on the 20th or 21st when I was just playing multiplayer but I noticed it on the 22nd after I’d played a campaign level.
I may try another campaign level today to see if it occurs again and will post here to let you know if it does.

Today, it may have happened as my brother signed out of his account.
Only once, for me.
In addition, when my brother signs into his account, my armor goes to ODST, same as his, but my visor remains legendary, the same happened with him one of the other instances where I (think) I signed in. where he wore my Mark V.

This occurs numerous times a day
It resets my Armor abilties, Tac Packages, and Support Upgrades, but only if they were bought with spartan points.
I get my spartan points back whenever this happens.

OK, played Matchmaking for a couple of days without issue.
However, I thought I’d try the campaign thing as promised:
I checked before starting a level - no problems - Spartan Points read zero and all loadouts were complete.
I played a level and then saved and quit and checked my loadouts straight away afterwards - BOOM - all 52 Spartan Points refunded and I need to go through my loadouts and purchase everything again 
So this bug is repeatable… and very annoying! If I don’t want to have to go through and purchase everything again and sort my loadouts everytime I basically can’t play Campaign anymore
Please patch this ASAP!

It has happened to me three times so far since purchasing the bundle yesterday. Twice after playing campaign. Once after leaving matchmaking.
Everything resets load-out wise. Points refunded etc. Armor changed to partially default. Helmet, forearms, chest stayed same, legs changed. The last two times though armor stayed the same, but load-outs all reset except for weapon skins. So no rhyme or reason to it. Deleted and re-downloaded bundle and same result. Suffice to say it fubar.

- Not sure. A few days after the DLC release, maybe.
- It has happened only once, possibly caused by me opening up the start menu during the “Checking Downloadable Content” screen. Haven’t done said action since, and it hasn’t happened since then.

•Prefect, Mark V and Ricochet forearms display as ODST in first-person POV in Custom Games and Matchmaking.
•Loadouts are reset and Spartan Points are refunded when a new Loadout slot is unlocked. This occurs at SR-6, SR-14, SR-26 and SR-41. When you reach these levels, you will need to re-purchase all items and redo your Loadouts. No Spartan Points will be lost.
