Welcome to Epsilon’s Halo Embassy

Hey everyone, my name is Darth Baum and I’m the Fleet Admiral of Epsilon Fleet. This is a clan currently on Halo 5. With a vision in mind we hope to create a home for Competitive and Casual Gamers. We have the best Administration team in ONI as well as Field Commanders to lead us in the right direction. Thus, we will become a great clan that is organized and still be able to have fun and Game!

This clan will be following an UNSC Theme and organization. We will have a similar chain of command as that of the UNSC.

Under the direction of Fleet Command we have Naval Command which consists of the leadership of the different divisions:
-Marines, players who are dedicated and active within the Fleet.
–ODST, the best Marines
-NAVSPECWAR, competitive team
-ONI, handles administrative and logistical affairs of the Fleet

So now I have some questions for you!
Are you tired of playing by yourself? Would you want to lead a group of people?
Want to have a bunch of friends online, playing games you have, around the clock?

Well if you answered yes to any of the above questions you’re just In Luck!

~Must be at least 15 years of Age

Gotta say, I’ve been in Epsilon Fleet for over 6 months and never once have I been bored. I always feel at home. I highly suggest at least trying this out. You won’t regret it.

And we are glad to have Syntax onboard currently in our ODST forces.

Our ranking system is based off of activity and helping to achieve various objectives of the Fleet. So everytime you attend a meeting, make a post, recruit a new member you earn points that can then correspond to ranks. So we reward activity and people that strive to better the Fleet for certain.

Also we are now offering designations for those that are able to meet their requirements. They include some of the following:
-Leadership
-Piloting
-Driving
-CQC
-Callouts
-Etc.
and we are always looking for people to add more. We offer a special challenge called the Jack of All Trades if you earn them all.

Must say, I haven’t been in the clan long but its been a blast so far. Everyone is polite and you can have some quality banter. Highly reccomend anyone looking for a clan.

On other news we have recently increased the earning of points to rank up within the Fleet (until October 27th). So if you wish to be a higher rank in a clan for Halo 5 then joining the Fleet today will net the best result. We have plenty of opportunities for the willing and the able.

We are currently trying to fill a couple Squad Leader positions within our Marines and ODST branches. This position would grant you the rank of Staff Sergeant and would permit you to lead a squad of 8 people (Including yourself). This position is also the starting point for anyone who wishes to achieve an even higher ranking position.

So if you believe you have what it takes, then join Epsilon Fleet.

I barely met the age requirement when I joined back in January and this is by far one of the best run clans that I have ever been in. Darth Baum uses his real world experience in structuring and leadership to form this great Fleet. I am proud to be a part of the military police if you have any questions just ask him or myself on Xbox Live.

Other news in the Epsilon Fleet is that we now have a new ODST Commanding Officer I Smithy II! Congratulations I am certain he will do an excellent job with the post.

I am glad to announce that we have formally made goals for the success of the clan for the month of September:

Overall Goals-
-Become the best clan in Halo MCC and hence Halo 5 (so far so good)
-Promote Website Activity which will aid and abet recruitment rates
-As per our New Focus fill in Staff Positions all the way top to bottom
–After 2 weeks in the clan You can apply for various positions
–These include:
—Squad Leader
—Platoon Leader
—Marine XO
—NAVCOM/PERSCOM/ONI XO (or second in command)
—Recruitment Officer
—and so many more! We can find a position for you if you choose to apply I am almost certain!

Naval Command Goals-
-Marines
–Form 2 Whole Platoons (currently 1 Platoon) this is 3 squads of up to 8 people and 2 platoons makes it a force of up to 48 people plus officers and commanders
–Have a variety of squad schedules so that any new member can be placed into the most optimal squad for them based on any schedule.
-ODST
–Same thing as Marines
–Fight in many clan wars and clan raids against clans that are not lead by insane people (aka UFF join our forum or ask me if you wonder what I mean by insane I can provide evidence…)
-Spartan Program
–Really form and develop this branch into an effective force
–Find and appoint dedicated officer to lead the branch (cough cough position is open)
–Form 2 teams of 4 plus 2 alternates. These teams will compete in HCS and other high level tournaments

Office of Naval Intelligence Goals (The ones that are NOT classified…)
-Recruitment Goals
– Up recruitment rate by 100%
-Positions to fill
–Recruitment Officer (x2)
–Propaganda Officer (x2)
–Evaluation Officer (x2)
-Propaganda Production
–Create Youtube Videos and increase media presence in anticipation for Halo 5

Personnel Command Goals
-Keep up website improvement :smiley:
-Recruit more members into its ranks in anticipation for huge influx of personnel come Halo 5

If there is anyway you wish to assist us on achieving these goals let us know! We have a place for everyone in the Fleet. There are many positions available for the capable and the willing. If you are in the clan for 2 weeks you can apply for a lot of the staff positions!

I am a military police Sergeant in the Epsilon Fleet and I did want to say that those that have ambitions to lead in the Fleet have a great opportunity if they join sooner rather than later.

We are trying to fill the higher echelons of command so if you show you are willing and able it is highly likely you can walk out with a position such as Marine Deputy Commander or even Naval Command Vice Commander which will get you a rank of Vice Admiral. There are a lot of chances to rise up.

On the advice on some of our newer members we are definitely hoping to create more videos and more of a media presence now.

So if you are interested in creating video and art work you could very well start off in the Fleet as a full fledged officer potentially. We need people that can create fantastic media presentations for our Youtube Channel and our website.
