I’ve completed all of the spartan ops on legendary yet I didn’t get the challenge reward or completed?

Anyone else with this problem?

Same here you aint alone beat it two times!!!

Try to complete one on legendary alone (sniper alley is very doable), that unlocked the challenge for me.
