I have redeemed the code off the card in the MC Collection and started playing the first four episdodes without problem. When I got to the fifth episode I got the error: “THAT’S NOT RIGHT Sorry about that. The content you selected can’t be played at this time. Please retry or select something else from the Guide.”
My firewall is open to the Xbox One as well as it being port forward. NAT is open. Location: Los Angeles, California. Download speed 60 mb/s 5G.

Episode 5 does not play on the Windows 8/10 app. Get the same “THAT’S NOT RIGHT” error.
Double checked and devices are open from firewall and are port forwarded. Able to play all the other Nightfall Episodes just fine.
Same here, I watched episode 1-4 but I couldn’t watch episode 5 by error same as you
So I can’t unlock Nightfall Armour, 343 Industries should fix this problem quickly, Halo channel has lot of bugs.

Same issue … just when u get into to the movie/series and then the last episode doesn’t work, which just ruined it already. I want to watch the last episode now while im still into it.
I’m getting the same error as well. Can watch episodes 1-4, but episode 5 won’t play.
Same problem here as well. Everything else on Halo Channel seems to load, it only seems to be episode 5 that’s affected. This is the same across all versions of the app.
