Could the official documents be wrong of him being abducted at six? This is about hunting the truth.
Did you maybe think that the original documents are wrong? At the end, it is mentioned that the document lists that John dies at 6. The same age as when he apparently was abducted, when that is probably not true. Remember, we’re hunting the truth.

Possibly, but both Halopedia and Halo Wiki state that he was 6. Even Master Chief’s bio on Halo Waypoint says that he was abducted when he was 6.
The video states at the end that it was reported John died at 6. A little to confusing for me, but it does add some intrigue.

His flash clone probaly
John was abducted at six. But after Halsey snatched him, and other Spartan recruits, ONI sent flash clones to replace them. They were similar, but died quickly.

I know they replaced the abducted Spartans with flash clones, however, I do not remember them being as remarkable as their counterparts. Maybe I’ve just got my lore mixed up.

Most likely what happened, thought the report saying he died at the age of 6 seems odd. Wouldn’t official documents have followed the flash clone’s life? If it lived to be at least 12 then why would they mark him down as dead?

Its odd. Since the reports mentioned lists Cheif as dead at 6 years old, that has to be his clone right? Guess we have to wait until the next episode. Edit: Guy above me: Great minds do think alike
Was John so special that special programs were made around him?
Is there another John?
Would this John become the isoDidact-John and the other become the Ur-Didact John?
Probably not, but the amount of directions this story can go is amazing. I can’t wait.

It could have been a temporary mark as dead. Just like Ben said, one small thread could mean a lot. He could have found that one flaw in covering things up.
Maybe the people that he interviewed were actually plants by ONI. They might have hired Ben to look into the past of the Master Chief and they might have made up clues that point to him being a traitor.
The girls he layed with in the grass when he was 6 was probably chief but after that it was probably his flash clone this whole thing is confusing as hell though
john was kidnapped and replaced by a clone when he was 6 - clones die fast, some faster than others. Some live several years, others die almost immediately
( essentially parts of their body start to fail catastrophically, so depending on what fails is what determines speed of death i guess.)
in his case i believe his clone died within the year he was kidnapped (hence it showing as him being dead at 6)
as for the people he interviewed…remember, some where set up by ONI for ben–refer to michael’s letter-- also…ONI!!! they likely planted a bunch of fakes for ben to interview.

they were replaced with clones, im guessing johns clone never died… and chances are oni have grabbed hold of the clone version, placed him in a chief look a like armour and getting him to do shady stuff so they can pin it on chief!

When Halsey is being interviewed throughout Halo 4. She even says “you want to replace him” to the ‘Mysterious’ man we never see. This bring us to the emblem on the new Characters chest. ONI - Office Of Naval Intelligence. Taken from the Halo Wiki - “Although it is under the jurisdiction of the UNSC Navy, ONI appears to report directly to HIGHCOM (UNSC High Command)” there’s lots about ONI and their “shadowy” “top secret” activities on there too.This further backs my theory. The UNSC High Command want Chief gone. They’ve finally created a new Spartan that matches up to Chief and ONI have been assigned the task of hunting him down. This explains the first trailer we saw of the game back at E3 2013. Chief is looking for Cortana whilst being hunted down by a new Spartan. His replacement. Let’s also bare in mind that ONI and High Command want to cover up the abduction and abuse of children for the Spartan II cause. Chief is a Spartan II. I might be wrong. But this adds up to a T. Even though this is to early to tell, now knowing that Agent Locke isn’t good (I assume) this all adds up. I just hope they dont kill chief off because with all the crap he has been through it shouldn’t be that easy for Locke to take him out.
Now looking at the new Agent Locke ad - YouTube , I believe this is 95% accurate and I had this theory from way back in E3 2014!!!
Also I think Locke is suppose to resemble Arbiter in the way of how Arbiter was lied to, deceived, and betrayed by his commander. I bet ONI lied to Locke and Arbiter telling them Chief betrayed everyone, in order to get what they want, to get what they thought was right. ONI is the new Covenant, and also that Mater Chief is trying to rescue Halsey in order to get Cortona back. Now knowing Halsey is with the Covenant, ONI believes the Master Chief going rogue in trying to save her. I’m calling it now!

Daisy’s clone lived for two years longer but was obviously stricken with all sorts of problems.
I’m pretty sure the whole point of the vid is that the interviewee said he lived till 12, while documents saying he lived till 6
