Hello, everyone. I just started to think about using EOD, and I’m wondering if you guys have some good suggestions for an armor piece to accompany it.
Right now, I’m thinking of an EOD-Vigilant Watcher combo, but if you guys have some better ideas please, share your thoughts.
Sadly the only one I have is the Mark IV with EOD, I used to rock this but it gotten a bit too old for me

EOD+venator cestus (not a lot of people like this one but I used to wear it and I liked it for whatever reason)

Didn’t the Venator combo make your Spartan glow on Waypoint?
EOD + Gungnir. Makes you look like an absolute tank of a Spartan. Also makes for a decent Stormtrooper setup.

I didn’t know that. I rocked that armor combo when I first got the classic helmets pack it didn’t glow in the game as far as I know

Yeah I used a different one for a stormtrooper setup. I think it was the mark IV but gungnir would probably look better
What armor to wear with the EOD helmet is a question that I haven’t resolved, myself. I can figure out what to wear with the rest of the classic helmets (Military Police goes with Raider because of what it says in the description, etc.) but which armor is supposed to go with EOD, and not just what I think looks best with it in terms of appearance, is something I haven’t figured out yet. I want to thank you for making this thread and trying to get some answers. The description for the EOD helmet in Halo 5 mentions “Spartan assault divers and pioneers” so I’m leaning towards Mako or possibly Pioneer but I’m not sure, and I can’t say if those actually look good with it.
I’m surprised no one has suggested EOD + Security yet.

I like this combo. Used it for a while before switching back to Centurion + Vigilant Watcher. Doesn’t really work if you have Indomitable Erőd, though.

EOD and Centurion actually looks pretty cool in my mind. Big helmet, Big armor.
