Environmental assassinations

So I just read another thread regarding assassinations tied to weapons and I thought hey! What if we were able to pull off assassinations that were connected to the environment if done correctly?

for example:

  • someone is standing on the edge of a huge drop shooting out. Your assassination could be a sort of…THIS…IS… SPARTA! kick.

  • if they are against a solid wall you could back them up against it and maybe punch them a few times, floor them, and then finish them off?

  • (comical one) if they’re next to an explosive container you could push them over it, maybe thrust backwards while throwing a knife in to the barrel causing it to explode?

there are hundreds of ideas! What do you guys think?

It would but would require more time to program it.

they could make the sequences slightly quicker than they are now. People only really tend to assassinate when noone else is around anyway, it wouldn’t take too long to kick someone off the edge of the map :wink:

They could copy the Shadow of Mordor sequence of pressing certain buttons, but it would be meant to either rush/lengthen the assassination.

I like it! Hopefully they incorporated this many months ago, so that it will be in the final game. Condemned 2 did environment assassinations AMAZINGLY.

Meh, I like it the way it is. Fast paced shooter.
